- In an NMC-approved indexed journal
- Must be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd author
- BCME & BCBR completion mandatory
🏆 Associate Professor → Professor
- 2 more publications as Associate Professor
- Total: 4 cumulative across both ranks
- Rank quotas are separate — cannot be swapped
- Govt. Specialists: may complete within 2 yrs of appointment
