“Central Science Citation Index”  do not exist. There is nothing like “Central Science Citation Index”

The correct terms is 

Science Citation Index Expanded

”  This clarification was provided by the National Medical Commission (formerly known as the Medical Council of India) in response to an RTI query. 

This revelation has brought relief to many, as the NMC/MCI acknowledged typographical errors in their list of valid indexing services.
